It was two hundred years ago that a great hero brought the Jade Sons back to Alhan’s people, after it was lost eons ago. When he brought it back to the Temple Krix, the most holy of places amongst the Gods of worship, its priests and teachers asked him to protect it until his last breath. Such an honour it would be for its saviour to watch over it until death and so the man agreed. Then years went by and the warrior remained ageless, keeping the face he had when he first walked into the Temple. Realized by its followers that the Jade Sons blessed him with ever-lasting life, it was revealed to the people of Alhan that the gods had given, whoever keeps the relic, immortality; something which had only been given to the Amaranthine’s, Alhan’s mountain people. So now, for the last two centuries the Jades Sons immortal guardian has been watching over it, in addition to fighting for the lands -only occasionally leaving its presence. Countless thieves have tried to seize it to own the great gift, but all have failed under the hands of the guardian. Our tale begins here…
